Marketplace Collaboration Agreement for Suppliers and Merchants

Business secret - do not distribute!          Slovenščina

The provisions of this Agreement shall apply as part of a written contract between the Merchant (also Trader or Supplier) and the Manager (also Enaa, Administrator), or independently if the Merchant sells through Enaa solely on the basis of a verbal or any other agreement, as confirmed by each use of the Enaa editor (Enaa manager) and each delivery of data about the Merchant's products via XML or similar data exchange format.

By submitting offers and product descriptions via XML or by any other means of publishing products on Enaa, the Trader accepts the Enaa Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Manager may usually, but not exclusively, unilaterally change the Terms and Conditions to comply with changes in legislation, changes in the market, technological changes or changes in shopping habits. The Manager is obliged to notify the Merchant of any changes to the General Terms and Conditions at least fifteen days before they become effective. The Merchant may, within these 15 days, notify the Manager that it does not accept the new terms and conditions and cease using Enaa editor, submitting data and selling via the Enaa Marketplace.
