Internal rules for the handling of the ZIUSVP and General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR)

1. Purpose of the Regulation 
This policy sets out the internal procedures, responsibilities and actions of the ENAA.com online marketplace to ensure compliance with the ZIUSVP and the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, which applies from 13 December 2024.

2. Scope of application 
This Policy applies to all products made available through the ENAA.com online marketplace and to all collaborators and partners involved in content management, product control and communication with regulatory authorities and users.

4. Monitoring and handling of dangerous products
A procedure is in place to monitor information on dangerous products (including the EU Safety Gate system).
Upon receipt of a notification of a dangerous product, the competent person must act within 2 working days at the latest:

  • remove or disable access to the product,
  • inform the competent authority of the action taken,
  • document the incident and the actions taken.

5. Notifications by users and authorities
Users and authorities must be able to easily report dangerous products.
Reports shall be prioritised and documented in the internal system.

6. Traceability and product information
All products published on the marketplace must have:

  • information on the manufacturer or importer (name, address, contact details),
  • product identifier (e.g. serial number, model),
  • any safety warnings in the Slovene language.

Products without this information may not be published.

7. Cooperation with authorities
All employees must cooperate with market surveillance authorities in the event of a conformity check.
In the event of a surveillance or inspection, information shall be provided immediately via the contact point.

8. Preventing the reappearance of dangerous products
A system is in place to block suppliers and sellers who repeatedly violate safety regulations.
Sellers and suppliers must confirm the conformity of their products before publication.

9. Internal reporting and control
Internal compliance checks of published products are regularly carried out.
Incidents and reports are analysed monthly with a view to improvement.

10. Staff training
All new and existing employees receive training on the GPSR.
The training is refreshed at least once a year.

11. Entry into force 
This Regulation shall apply from 13 December 2024.
