How much time will you spend organizing and managing sales through Enaa?

  • We recommend at least 1 to 2 hours per week.
  • For monthly grosses of more than € 25,000.00, we recommend at least 4 to 8 hours per week.

How quickly can you conclude the first 100 sales on Enaa?

  • 7% of sellers need less than three months
  • 45% of sellers need less than six months
  • 83% of sellers need less than a year 

How quickly can you conclude the first 50 sales in a month?

  • 4% of sellers need less than three months
  • 28% of sellers within 3 to 6 months at the latest 
  • 18% of sellers within 6 to 12 months at the latest   

How much can you sell on Enaa?

  • 42% of sellers have an annual turnover of €12,000.00 or less
  • 36% of sellers have an annual turnover between €12,000.00 and €60,000.00
  • 10% of sellers have an annual turnover between €60,000.00 and €120,000.00
  • 12% of sellers have an annual turnover exceeding €120,000.00

Can any company sell on Enaa?

Yes, with a few restrictions:

  • Only VAT - registered businesses from the EU can sell on the Enaa Marketplace. 
  • If you would like to sell something on Enaa that doesn’t fit into any of existing departments, we can open a new one. We have no restrictions when it comes to opening new departments. 

Will my offers also be published on the Enaa main page, in mailing lists, on Enaa’s social media pages, etc.?

Of course. That’s our greatest wish. If being featured on the main page is also your end goal, not the start, then this is the beginning of a great collaboration.

Customers notice some of the offers immediately after being published, which means that it only takes a few days for them to make it among the first hits in the Enaa search engine and get first rankings among products in specific groups, categories and departments. The software automatically makes sure that the best of the best is also featured on our main pages. 

Enaa will also publish all your special offers on the extremely popular Special Offers and Discount Codes, sites free of charge; the most successful ones will also make it onto our mailing lists and Enaa’s social media websites.

If Slovenian buyers are unfamiliar with your offer and the sales results are not in line with your expectations, we recommend you grow your popularity and sales by offering promos and discount codes, which we offer free of charge; you can also advertise on Enaa, Facebook, Google, and other websites, as well as take out traditional print ads or advertise on TV, billboards, and radio.

By the way, you can also have the logo of your brand or company displayed on the Enaa main site, together with a link to your company’s or brand’s entire offer on Enaa.  

Will my offers be advertised on any other websites and social media?

We advertise all Enaa offers on Google, Facebook and on advertising networks. We usually show ads to buyers who have already visited your offer on Enaa and to potential interested buyers who are selected by advertising space providers using their own algorithms and who determine that your offer on Enaa might interest them. The advertising fee is included in the agreed commission/rebate and is not charged separately.
We always advertise in line with Facebook, Google, TikTok, and advertising network rules. We consequently do not advertise erotic products and certain other offers that are not allowed by these providers.

Can I sell the same product already being sold on Enaa by another company? 

You’ll find a number of products that are listed by several different sellers on Enaa. Each seller publishes and curates their own offer. We usually show the most competitive one or two regarding price and delivery time. 

Enaa always forwards the order to the seller selected by the customer, regardless of the price or delivery time. 

Can I get help with warehousing and packaging?

We direct sellers who would like to sell on Enaa but need help with preparing orders, packaging, and sending to customers to one of the companies specializing in online retailers that we work with and that offer excellent warehousing and logistics services both to us and some of our other partners. How do I manage and change my offers?

After listing your offer on Enaa, you can access the Sales Centre, which allows you to update your offers, change descriptions, delivery times, prices, and other data for each item separately, all in real time.

What do I have to do once I receive an order?

Prepare the order and hand it over to a courier service: 

  • Once we receive an order for a product from your store, we will send you all the necessary information to prepare the shipment. All you have to do is prepare the shipment in the agreed-on time and send it to the buyer’s address.
  • If customers opt to pick up their orders at our pick-up location or have placed an order that includes products from other sellers as well, please deliver the item(s) to our address no later than the next day. We’ll take care of the packaging and sending it to the customer.

The Enaa team receives and handles complaints and refund requests, and looks at any reported material defects. We review various disputes and resolve problems and complaints. Our main mission is to make sure the customer is satisfied and that our mutual interests are represented to the greatest possible extent, per the Terms and Conditions published on our site.

How do I receive payment?

All invoices are issued to customers by Gambit trade d.o.o., so you don’t need to worry about processing a large number of individual invoices and other accompanying documents or monitoring and processing them.
You issue us a summary invoice for all products sold in the past period in accordance with the commercial terms agreed between Gambit trade d.o.o. and your company.

All content on Enaa is automatically optimized for browsers. Make sure you provide good quality descriptions of your items with all the information buyers might be interested in and that helps them select the product they want.
