Preparation of packages to be sent to customers

The basic way we work together is drop shipping (at Enaa we also use the term direct delivery), shipping directly from the retailer's warehouse to the customer. The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer to the manager, except in cases where the merchant offers free delivery to buyers. In this case, the trader is obliged to pay these costs to the trader.

The trader may, by prior agreement with the administrator, include his own promotional material with the shipment. Under no circumstances may the trader include any third party material in the consignment or as an attachment to the consignment. The trader shall comply with the instructions of the administrator when preparing consignments and issuing consignments to the delivery service. In the event of non-compliance with the instructions, he shall be liable for all costs incurred in connection therewith. 

For each product sold, the administrator shall provide the trader with a customer invoice containing the address of the customer and the details of the delivery service used by the trader to prepare the consignment. 

The administrator shall provide the merchant with only the information necessary for the execution of drop shipping orders. The trader may use the information received solely for the execution of these orders. The data received may not be stored or used by the merchant in its own promotional campaigns or in any other way. The trader may not pass on the data in any form to any third party.

Customer data is the property of the administrator. The administrator has obtained consent from the customers for its exclusive use for the execution of an order through Enaa and does not have permission to pass it on to other parties. 

The following instructions shall be observed when delivering directly from the trader's warehouse to the buyer's address:

  • products contained in packaging smaller than 16 cm x 16 cm x 2 cm shall be placed in packaging of an appropriate size
  • wrap the products delivered to the delivery service in their original packaging in transparent foil so that the original packaging is visible and undamaged
  • the invoice is placed in a vinyl shirt with the delivery address visible and sealed to the parcel

We keep delivery costs to a minimum:

  • where possible, deliver items weighing up to 500 g as a parcel with dimensions not exceeding: 40 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm 
  • parcels weighing more than 500 g and lighter than 31,5 kg are delivered as a parcel with a maximum side length of up to 160 cm, where the combined circumference (length + 2 x width + 2 x height) may not exceed 360 cm,
  • consignments with dimensions and weights greater than those mentioned in the previous indent may be made up as a parcel with a length of up to 250 cm and a height of up to 180 cm, where the combined circumference (length + 2 x width + 2 x height) may not exceed 600 cm. The weight of each consignment must not exceed 1 000 kg,
  • for consignments exceeding these dimensions, we will pre-construct the Gambit trade issue. 

Orders consisting of several individual items (parcels) which are placed for delivery on the same day, are addressed to the same addressee and which we wish to be delivered to the addressee at the same time, may be sent as one order under the following conditions: 

  • we provide the delivery service with the shipment details in e-form; this is provided by Gambit trade / Enaa,
  • the individual packages that make up the shipment are addressed to the same addressee, and all the addressing data must match (i.e. the addressee's name, and any additional name, street and house number, and the post code of the address post office). If the services Time of Delivery, Next Day Delivery Guarantee, Same Day Delivery within cities - cities Lj and Mb are selected, these must be indicated on all the individual packages that make up the shipment.

To arrange delivery from your location to the customer, we need the following:

  • the address where the delivery service (Post Slovenije) will pick up the parcels
  • telephone number for order collection
  • the email address to which we will send you the postal inventory of the parcels
  • email address to which we will send a table with an overview of the previous day's orders
  • email for all notifications of orders received and other notifications

Please note: Gambit trade reserves the right to charge the trader additional costs for non-compliance with the above recommendations, for inadequately prepared packages or for additional services of the delivery service required to carry out the collection and delivery (manual handling, manual acceptance of shipments, return of shipment in case of irregularities). If the trader does not provide the e-data at the time of submission and the data is manually entered into the information system by the delivery service at the time of acceptance, the delivery service will charge the service as an additional service "Manual Acceptance of Shipment" on a per-shipment basis for each individual consignment service provided by the delivery service.
