In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the contracting parties (trader and manager) agree that the personal data received, which is presumably the data of the contact persons or the contact person, will be subject to the terms of the contract. The data, which may be the data of the contact person or the person responsible for the rights and obligations under the contract (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address), will be used exclusively for the purposes of the implementation and performance of the contract, including the settlement of any complaints arising from this contract, and will be processed for the duration of this contract and for a period of 5 years after its termination, or for as long as is necessary for the statute of limitations and for the enforcement of claims arising from this contractual relationship.

The parties shall notify the other party in writing of any changes to the personal data necessary for the performance of the contract within 8 days of the change, where the changes shall take effect from the date of receipt of such notification.

The parties shall ensure the conditions and measures to ensure the protection of personal data and to prevent any misuse, in accordance with and within the meaning of the provisions of the abovementioned regulations, in particular by guaranteeing the confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data, which shall also be reflected in ensuring the exercise of the rights of individuals. 

The data subject shall have the right, under the conditions laid down by the applicable regulations, to access to personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, non-automated decision, complaint to a supervisory authority and withdrawal of consent to processing. For any further questions relating to the protection of personal data and the exercise of rights, you may contact the Data Protection Officer of each contracting party. 

Further details regarding the processing of personal data may be published by each of the contracting parties on their respective websites, at the keyword links of the policy/rules/statement on the protection of personal data, which shall be coordinated in accordance with the applicable regulations and best practices.

In the event that the parties also carry out any other processing of personal data within the scope of this contractual relationship, the purpose and scope of which are not specified in this Agreement, they shall enter into a separate agreement on the processing of personal data.
