Business secret - do not distribute!
The merchant undertakes to take back and refund only the purchase price for products that have not been collected by the customer or have been returned to the manager:
- products for which the buyer has notified the manager within 8 days of collection that the buyer has received a defective product (the manager does not carry out quality control of the products as agreed, this is the responsibility of the retailer, who is also responsible for issuing working products)
- in the event of a delay in delivery by the trader
- in accordance with other guarantees given by the trader (guarantee declaration, etc.)
- if the buyer exercises the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel the sales contract already concluded
