Evaluation
Business secret - do not distribute!
The manager allows customers to rate offers and traders, mainly but not exclusively: descriptions, product quality, packaging quality, average delivery time and respect of delivery deadlines. The manager may publish the ratings on the supplier's offers to help buyers choose the best offer.
The manager uses the customer ratings received and the monitoring of the number of specific events to develop an algorithm for ranking traders based on the following ratings:
- delivery time compliance - a score of 1 to 10 based on the monthly proportion of delays in relation to orders realised
- defects - a score of 1 to 10 based on the monthly proportion of defects in relation to the realised orders
- uncompetitive offers - a score of 1 to 10 based on the proportion of offers withdrawn due to an uncompetitive retail price
- bids sold - a score of 1 to 10 based on the proportion of bids actually sold by the trader in relation to the number of total bids published
The overall score of 1 - 10 is the average of the 4 scores above.
The trader is required to achieve a minimum score of 6 in all four categories and an average score of 8 or higher.
In cases where the overall score is lower than 8, or where the trader repeatedly and unjustifiably rejects customer complaints, the administrator may suspend the display of the trader's offer and the sale until the situation is resolved, or terminate the contract.
An overview of the trader's ratings and the number of unjustified rejections of customer complaints in the last three months is available in Enaa manager.
