Prices, margins and rebates
Business secret - do not distribute!
For products sold by the Merchant through Enaa, the Manager invoices the customers for the goods and services sold in its own name and for its own account.
The Merchant sets the prices of the products independently. In doing so, it ensures that published retail prices are competitive and that Enaa provides customers with prices that are the same as or better than those offered in other stores and its own online store, including any benefits (free shipping, extended warranty, sales, etc.) or discounts (for regular customers, for registered users, club memberships, loyalty rewards, etc.).
The merchant undertakes not to sell at different prices without prior notice to the administrator and to inform the administrator in good time of changes in prices in its sales channels and changes in market prices to ensure that competitive offers are published on Enaa.
The Trader may change the prices of offers on Enaa manually or via XML data exchange. The change shall be effective from the moment the change is published on Enaa and shall not apply to products already sold. The commercial terms (commission or rebate) may only be changed by the supplier after prior written agreement with the administrator. The trader is obliged to notify the manager by e-mail in particular of any major changes (discounts, promotions).
The administrator may stop the publication of products with retail prices that are higher than those of other suppliers or that are not sold for any reason.
For products, services and gift vouchers sold by the merchant through Enaa, the manager invoices the customers for the goods and services sold in its name and on its own account.

The Manager and the Merchant agree commissions/rebates for the agreed offer of the merchant in writing by contract, and changes are usually made by email, whereby the following also apply:
- the commission/rebate for the sale of products in each selected category/group may differ from the normal commission/rebate, with the manager ensuring that the playing field is level for all merchants with offers in the selected category/group. Please see the list of categories/groups where normal commissions/rebates do not apply.
The manager may change the commission / rebate to adjust to changes in the prices of individual product groups on the market or changes in the market prices of marketplace services. He is obliged to inform the merchant of the change of terms.
The merchant permits the manager to offer discounts to customers on the prices of the merchant's products for the purposes of promoting sales in a particular department or product group, attracting new customers, as part of a broader advertising campaign of the manager, without giving specific notice to the merchant. The cost of such discounts shall be borne by the manager.
The merchant manager may independently price the products it sells from its own stock.
